Policies

Cancellation: A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation, or rescheduling or down grading of your appointment. A credit card will be required to book Spa services. Any appointments missed, cancelled, or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged a $75 FEE. $100 for Laser appointments.

Tardiness: Please be on time to your appointment. I set aside my time to make each client feel special. I will give a 10 min grace period, however, If you arrive 15 mins late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a $75 FEE will be charged to your card on file. This is out of respect for my time and the next client’s time as well. If your card is declined, you will be required to pay before your next booking.

Sickness: Treatments are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of any type of these conditions. Please follow the 48 hour cancellation notice, if possible, to avoid any fees. If you arrive sick to your appointment, it will automatically be rescheduled with a FEE.

Children: As much as we love children, due to insurance policies, we do not allow any children under the age of 15 in the treatment room (unless they are receiving a service). Any children accompanying you must sit in the waiting room with someone 18yrs or older. This is also out of respect for other businesses in the building. Thank you for your understanding.
